BYOL Terms and Conditions
You have already acquired software from elsewhere? That's great! This is included in the service managed by Crayon.
You're responsible for providing the correct licensing information, installation files or media, and providing access to maintenance and fix packs for regular maintenance.
For BYOL, the application support is handled by the Customer and your provider of the applicable software or license. Crayon will provide support of the platform to ensure operability and availability, any application specific incident will be returned to the Customer for handling and troubleshooting.
Requirement for bringing licences into COR
The requirement is to provide your authorization codes to migrate SPSS into COR. That means that Customer will not use you network licenses on your own servers.
